I recently purchased a neglected property in Souther California and have two citrus trees.

They don’t appear to be in top health, but not dead either. I would enjoy any knowledge about these trees and any tips to get them in health.
I believe these are some kind of lemon and possibly and orange tree.

Your trees are in need of fertilization with both micro and macro nutrients. Also it would be of benefit to remove all of the dead limbs. Also in image 3161 soil has accumulated around the base of the tree and should be pulled back so as to expose the root flare. All in all a simple and easy fix.

Remove dead/dying/diseased/damaged branches, being careful NOT to thin them out too much.
Water well and deeply.
