cauliflowers bolting

Hi

Just a few months ago I planted these cauliflowers hoping that they could grow over winter.
Two of them look ok, but the others seems to be bolting instead of growing.
Is there a way to stop them bolting?
Maybe I should cut and eat the flower off now

Nope, no way of stopping it. The plants are mature and this is Mother Natures way. You may as well harvest what you can and pull up the plants before they start attracting a lot of unwanted insects.
