Any ideas on why this keeps happening?

These are new trees which were up potted from their original pots about 3-4 weeks ago.

I have been watering once per week with distilled water… but the yellowing at the bottom leaves seems to continuously spread.

Would love to hear opinions!

A certain amount of leaf loss is normal after transplanting unless they go back to the same position they were in. There are some situations that increase the stress. Usually due to watering or light issues.
Do the pots have drain holes?
If they do, does water come out the bottom when you water?
How close to a window are they?
