It would be good to see more photos of the plant from different angles. Of course, seeing the plant in flower would be ideal.
This might be a green-leaved form of Dracaena reflexa, a shrub or small tree, in the Butcher Broom Family (Ruscaceae, alternatively Nolinoideae, Asparagaceae) native to northern Mozambique, Madagascar, Comoros, Mascarenes, and the Seychelles.
