Yes, I agree with Larisa, this is False-aralia (Plerandra elegantissima, formerly Aralia elegantissima, Dizygotheca elegantissima,
or Schefflera elegantissima), an Araliad native to southeastern New Caledonia, and now widely cultivated.
The particular plant shown in the OP is a cultivar, such as Plerandra elegantissima 'Castor' or Plerandra elegantissima 'Galaxy'.
