Looks like Rhus typhina.

yes Rhus or staghorn sumac as a lot of people call them they always look great in autumn

Yup, they are beautiful at this time of year. My neighbour has a small one and it has been almost luminous recently

They can be terrible suckering thugs. We were very lucky in that the one here died before it could spread itself all over. They can be very difficult to remove once they spread their roots and begin appearing all over the place.
