Can seedlings revive?

Hi Everyone.
I've totally forgotten my seeds that I've been germinating in container for more than a week , and they have all dried up along with the paper towel, some has started to radicate.
Have the seeds died?
Any chance they might live again?

Usually when something is dead it stays dead.
