Can anyone identify this mystery vine?

We bought this house from a Korean family who planted different medicinal plants, which I don't recognize. Is there any chance this is one of them? I'm in Southeast Coastal Georgia and with all the rain we've been having, the leaves have gotten bigger than in previous years.

Looks like an Air Potato https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dioscorea_bulbifera

They grow in my yard, but I don't mind them, I just chop and drop as a mulch.
