Could be a peach tree! But I could be very wrong! If I am wrong, I blame the heat and the blinding sunshine!

Having googled the options, it does look very similar to a rowan with a set of 6-8 leaves per 'leaf' (if that makes sense!!). It's never had berries on it but perhaps it is just not in the right conditions?

This looks like a Caucasian wingnut (Pterocarya fraxinifolia).
