break blueberry seed dormancy

Hi
i receive some blue berry seed from one of my friend the variety is ventura , chandler , o`neal and some southern variety he told me take them into the freezer for 90 days i soak them in the water for 24 hour and then place them in the freezer in damp paper towel so told him and he said no you must keep them dry in freezer or if they are in damp paper towel just need 4 days then plant the seed, i search in internet but there isnt any good help someone said damp paper towel and keep in freezer some said damp and refrigerator some one said dry and freezer then someone said refrigerator !!!
im really confused please help me how to do it.

You are a very patient person. I have lots of blueberry bushes but have never grown them from seed. Looked it up since you asked. Here’s a link. Hope you scarified the seeds before planting. Good luck
