Bougainvillea Cutting Issue

Hello
I have tried many bougainvillea cuttings on 21.6.20.
I covered the cuttings with polybag (pic attached). I remove the polybag every morning for few minutes to ensure fresh air access to cuttings.
3 of my cuttings started new shootings some days earlier. Tomorrow I noticed that 2 of these 3 cuttings' new shouts started turning black (pic attached). Plz let me know the mistake happened and also any available way to save it further.
