I have two blueberry bushes. One is thriving, while the later, a Perpetua has a small amount if berries. I was inspecting the bush, and saw that many of the branches are shriveling away. Is this due to a lack of water?
(Also, the brown spots are due to a previous pesticide burn. So dont worry about it.)
