Blueberry bush dormant or dead?

I’m new to the colder climates (zone 5) and I cannot tell if these blueberry bushes are still dormant or dead. Some canes are coming back and sprouting new canes and leaves but I can’t tell if the majority of it is dead.

I think I see leaves coming back out. Just leave it alone and later you will see what is dead and what isn't.

It appears to have leaves growing and a few buds forming, but you can scratch some branches with your nail or gently with a knife and check the inside color, if is green and moist then the plant/branch is alive.
