Bio Carb and Worm Castings

I was looking at Bio Carb and thinking about Worm Castings.

Wouldn't Worm Castings do just as good?

? Biological carbon ?
I reckon 'yes', they are saying it is not available to plants until it is reduced by microbial action, that must happen in the worm's gut, of course they will absorb some of it, but plenty should still be available.
