There are so many herbs that can be grown indoors, what I love about growing herbs indoors because of their ease of care, But from your experience of growing herbs indoors which ones do you find to be easiest to maintain?

Of course, any list of the easiest herbs will vary greatly due to climate, gardening practices, and personal experience.

In my climate, some perennial Mediterranean herbs such as Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), and Winter Savory (Satureja montana) thrive with a minimum of care.
