This morning while engaging in squirrel removal I saw something that I have never seen in my 69 years. Blooming ball moss. Ball moss grows everywhere here. On the sides of houses, on fences, on power lines, in trees, everywhere. It is an epiphyte and gets it nutrition from the air and water. I had no idea that it bloomed. I would have thought as old as I am that I would have seen it bloom before, but no, I haven't. So I took a picture of it.
