Avocado Tree Issue

I've been growing an avocado tree from seed for probably less than a year, and up to now it has been completely fine. Today I noticed that the seed part has turned brown on one part and one leaf has started to look almost burned.

It gets no direct sunlight and I water it once a week with a light shower mid week. Also, it has sprouted two smaller trees recently. They don't look like weeds at all; it looks like it's growing 3 trees from 1 seed.

Any help is appreciated on what to do.

Hi & welcome to the Forum(y).............Nice Little Avocardo there I Am not going to Be able to give pacific advice on Growing Avocados But there is probably a few on this Forum that have Grown them And will. All I remember is they like a Drink. Don't worry about the Seed That Has Done its Job now and will Rot away. Once a seed has Hatched And the Roots have Grown that's it for the seed. You Don't need to Remove it, as it will rot back into the soil :)

Thanks! Yeah the seed was my biggest concern.

I looked at it today and noticed it was sprouting more little trees from the same seed than before.

Edit: Is this normal for one seed to sprout so many little trees? And will they survive?

As for the browning on the leaves, I think it's because I just moved somewhere warmer and didn't gradually put it outside to get it acclimated to the heat. I'm not sure the best way to do it since I work 8-4 and don't get home until about 5pm.
