I have no idea but it looks like siamese sextuplets and I love it !! You should cut it open and see what it looks like inside.

Its called catfacing. It happens most often to peaches and tomatoes but can affect nearly all vegetables. It is caused by numerous things such as improper watering, big temperature swings but most often it is caused by improper pollination.

Flower buds are getting fused together and several aubergines are blenging into one. This fenomena creates some cool tomatoes but most of the time they are just deformed fruit.
