Are there any herbs that repel plagues and parasit bugs?

I'm planning to plant some herbs close to my tomatoes, peppers and citrus trees. Do you know of any herbs good for repelling unwanted guests on my plants?

Don't know about the citrus trees, but I know that herbs like basil, rosemary and bee balm help to keep the pests away from tomatoes and peppers. Good luck.
