Planted these on valentine's day. The blooms lasted a few weeks and then fell off. I don't see anymore buds and am starting to see a few dark spots. Am I going to lose them?

I have a few different kinds of lilies . They all die back in the winter and start growing again in the spring.

I have three types of lilies, they all bloom once a year, then they're done. So don't worry about not getting new flowers, the plant is going to work on growing its bulb, and storing energy for next year's bloom.
Is it just one leaf turning dark? I tried to scroll between the two pics, and it seems like that is the same leaf...? I don't know what that is, but just in case, I'd pluck that leaf, put it in a trash can, and wash my hands before touching any other plants.
