It's the flower dtem of an Ornithogalum, possibly Ornithogalum dubium.

Yes I concur, Ornithogalum dubium, a South African Cape bulb in the Hyacinth Family (Hyacinthaceae, or alternatively, the subfamily Scilloideae of Asparagaceae). There are several color forms, with orange or yellow tepals and various amounts of black pigment in the center. This plant is mostly refered by its scientific name, though occasioanlly it is calle d Sunstar or Flaming Star of Bethlehem.
