So I've had such really good success with Onions in the hydroponics that I think I'll try Garlic.
(Onions take up so much space I think Garlic would be better value for the small area of my hydro bed, plus I've never grown garlic well in the garden so it's something different to try)
I've got just the right substrate type for it I think, I'm running a large flood and drain bed with Hydroton clay pebbles in it.
I know it can be done ... https://plantprovider.com/how-to-grow-garlic-in-hydroponics-the-essential-guide/
'm just wondering what nutrients it is most hungry for, and whether hardneck or softneck garlic would be better.
Any experiences growing garlic in a hydro system?
