Hello,

Any help in identifying what this is would be appreciated. There's been a few spots randomly throughout the mulch before but this is the first time (and biggest) that it has been on our plants. Thank you.

Okay, you're not going to believe what it's called. 'Dog vomit slime mold'
Pretty common in mulched beds.
