Ants problem

I fertilized my plants with some Fishbone fertilizer. I woke up the next morning to find Ants all over my raise bed. I sprinkle some ground cinnamon over the pile, but it did not get rid of them. I put some diatomaceous earth on top of the pile last week, I saw new piles forming all over. What else can I do to get rid of them?

Do a soil drench with spinosad. They will be gone in 2 or 3 days. DE is about useless if it gets wet.
