Hello,
This poor plant has endured.
I went on a month long international trip that was intended to be two weeks.
Needless to say my sole houseplant has suffered from that experience.

It's about three weeks since I've returned...it's doing better, I mean it was very wimpy when I got back . But these spots keep appearing on leaves.
I fear the in-direct light from the window 4ft away may not be enough, it was before, but now things are different...it's traumatized!

Any thoights or suggestions?

Cut off all the damaged leaves. Ideally you will have 4 to 6 healthy leaves left. The plant will look terrible for several months to come but don’t worrying about it. Do NOT OVERWATER the plant. I would also keep it out of direct sunlight until new growth emerges.

You probably need to clean the dust off the leaves so they can breathe properly.
