A couple of mystery plants!

i know one is lavender but not sure what kind, and im pretty sure the tall purple one is jalapeno but need some clarification! two pics are included of the first flower lookin one, the actual flower and the stem hope these pics are enough. thanks!

I'm not so confident about your jalapeno. Leaves look too elongated for a pepper. And I don't believe I've ever seen the attends purple like that. I'm a novice still, but I've had jalapenos a few years now. I don't have a guess as to what it might be though.
