After some internet reading it was determined that the Broccoli Leaves contained many nutrients. Since my five plant leaves were perfect condition it was decided to process them into pressure canned juice. Annotated picture depict the process. The five plants produced 20 liters of pressure canned juice.Ten from the heads and ten from the leaves.
