Twenty pounds, 1/2 bushel, of Blondee Apples were processed into ~16 liter jars of pressure canned juice at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage at room temperature. Pictures depict the process up to the start of the straining, which is well documented in previous posts. Two bushels of four different type of apples were purchased and one type is juiced daily for four days.
