A row of bush bens were planted. They need warm soil to germinate.

Ours have been battered by the cold winds, only just starting to get away now.

Spring has been very cold here. Those green beans like it warm or they won't germinate. I will leave the board on them for a few days and hope for the best.

Here in zone 8 we have already harvested, eaten many, and canned about 20 jars. Excellent green beans this year. Good luck on yours.

Beautiful. What do the apples do by adding to the beans? I mix and match and make slurry/juice.

I think they may be potatoes.

Yes, one of my favorite garden veggies dish...fresh green beans and new potatoes. Doesn't get any better!.
