Eleven garden vegetables were made into soup for current use. The selected vegetables were cut into soup sized pieces. The liquid base was sufficient water about a liter and a liter of slurry/juice. The mixture was cooked in a double boiler for two hours. No condiments were added. Simple to make and nourishing.

Absolutey no seasoning. Can be added when eating. The soup i s absolutely marvelous to eat. Simple and will keep for about seven days in the fridge. A winner!
