They are actually wild Cumberland Black Raspberries native to TN. Berries are big as a quarter and not many seeds. I always call them blackberries most people don't know what black raspberries are. Photo of berries on a paper plate. I pick about 14 gallons every year but not very excited about picking many this year. I have 12 gallons of black raspberry wine ageing. I might make Jam and pancake syrup this year.

I have been planting Zinnias for yard customers. Grandfather grows tall Zinnias from seed.

Our soil is mostly clay. I haul 10,000. lbs. of free mulch to my garden in a rental dump trailer in Nov. Murfreesboro TN has a recycle center for all tree leaves, sticks, tree limbs, bushes, etc. It get ground up by machines then it is free to anyone that wants it. Mulch does not last long out hot summer 100° weather burns up all the mulch.
