Ten pounds of cucumbers and four pounds of beans (picked from the garden) were made into 13 liters of pressure canned juice. Some purple basil and some dill was added for flavour. The slurry was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage at room temperature. Pictures delineate the process.

This seems to be interesting and a healthy kind of juice drink. I love cucumber,carrot and apple combination for my juice and this is what I am always drinking every morning. This cucumber and beans combination is something new to me and I will check on this link. Thanks for sharing

The juice which I make are what is available from the garden. By making a slurry most of the juices have similar taste with regards to vegetables. The purpose is to have nutrients, variety and to use almost everything that I grow or can buy at the height of season.
