There are few cucumbers left in the garden and they will be juiced raw for consumption until frost. The Champion Juicer was used to extract the juice. This can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.The juice is refreshing.

I keep wanting to try a juicer, but my wife might throw a fit if I but another kitchen gadget!

Bigger what? I assume reference is the Champion Juicer. It was given to me and I almost didn't take it. It is now considered the best kitchen machine I ever had. It does a marvelous job on my various juices.

This cucumber supplied about a glass and on half or juice. I use it for my morning juice. It is tasty and touted to have some nutrients.

@Durgan , what juicer do you use? Your really making me want to try this! We do cucumber slices in water a lot, but never tried pure juice.
