Around 1000 grams of various dehydrated vegetables are now ready for use stored as a powder. About 100 grams per day will be reconstituted 2 to 1 with water and added to my diet. The dehydration system powdering the vegetables is simple and practical.

I ate that bowl of re-constituted vegetables about three hours ago and not a indication of hunger. I must go and see what is available in the garden and make a large dehydrated batch.

Available in the garden is: Beets, tomatoes, carrots, onions, kale, and daikon. Too hot today 30C so will leave it until tomorrow morning.
