These Spanish onions were planted 20 April 2016 about 120 days. They are excellent quality. They were trimmed an set out to dry thoroughly before being stored in the root cellar. Total weight obtained was 50 pounds.

Well I am not sure that I have ever had a Spanish onion before, but it sounds intriguing and now I really want to try some. I am wondering if maybe I will have less issues with my streams of tears that comes with regular onion, and I swear I am the worse person out there. I do not suspect anything different, but I can hope. Interesting stuff, and thanks for sharing.
