2 August 2018 Vegetable Juice (Six Vegetables)

The vegetables were carrot 573 grams, beet tops 1036 grams, celery 1000 grams, cabbage 1764 grams,beans 1043 grams, Beets 2400 grams. Water was added to cover the produce in the cooking pot. The weight of the vegetables was about 17 pounds. The produce was Pressure Canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage at room temperature. Annotated pictures depict the process. Sixteen liters of juice was obtained.
