Eight celeriac plants were purchased and placed in the outdoor garden. Closely elated to celery but is used like turnip or potato. Rarely offered as a vegetable in NA. My second year growing this vegetable.

How was the first year?

The root was pretty good. I only had four and played with them a bit. This year the intent is to cook more extensively. They are growing well. I had never had them before growing. I see them in the supermarket periodically.
