14 May 2021 Potatoes. Yukon Gold and Superior.

Fifteen Yukon Gold and fifteen Superior potatoes were planted. The seed potato was marked with a fiber glass rod to facilitate watering and digging for location at harvest. I expect 3 to 5plus pounds from each plant depending on growing conditions. The potatoes at harvest are stored in open baskets in a small cold room in the basement.
