Five pounds of pawpaw, one pound of cucamelons, four pounds of quince were prepared for pressure canning at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. Pawpaw must be used within a few days of harvest since they turn black, meaning they don’t store well. Cucamelon, and quince were available so were added. Five liters of juice was obtained.
